Aaron Williams
Managing Director

Aaron has over 13 years experience within the Australian IT recruitment industry. Prior to recruitment Aaron worked in IT Audit and Security. He held roles such as BDM and IT Division Manager for a mid size IT recruitment agency before establishing Xpand in 2001. As the Managing Director of Xpand, Aaron is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the business.

Aaron has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University with a major in Industrial Relations and Human Resources.


Justin Babet
General Manager

Justin has over 8 years experience within the Australian IT recruitment industry. He held a variety of roles for the regional IT Systems Integrator Asia Online before joining Xpand in Jan 2002. As General Manager, Justin is responsible for the operational aspects of running the business including business processes, recruitment systems, marketing / advertising, training, technology innovation and best practice.

Justin has a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University, with a major in Psychology.


Rhys Hughes
Regional Director

Rhys has over 9 years recruitment experience working across Asia Pacific and has been with the Xpand Group since its inception in 2001. Originally performing a variety of roles including Account Management, Executive Search and Business Development, for the last 3 years Rhys has also operated in management roles covering Account Direction and Market Strategy. Today Rhys takes responsibility for Xpand’s new markets and products across the region. His background includes running and selling a small business and working in a variety of sales related roles, predominantly in a family operated engineering business.


Allen Russell
National Sales Director

Allen has over 9 years experience within the Australian recruitment industry. He has held various roles in the Industry including senior consultant, team leader, divisional manager & Business Development Manger. Prior to his recruitment experience Allen worked in the European and Asia Pacific Publishing Industries where he launched a range of trade publications. Allen joined Xpand in 2005. As National Sales Director, Allen is responsible for the Sales, Account Management and Business Development functions for the Australian business.
