Our Methodology
Our recruitment methodology is proactive, meaning we actively go to market to find talent. This does not mean writing an ad and filtering the response before presenting CVs to a customer. This means researching, networking and headhunting, which provides us with access to untapped sources of candidates and gives our customers access to the, often elusive, passive candidate market. This process is underpinned by our dedicated Research Centre, which utilises world class internet and phone based research techniques to undertake in-depth market analysis, facilitating the production of extensive ‘long-lists’ of potential candidates.

Our Network
Because we recognise one of our most important assets is our network, we take great care in fostering and developing our contacts regionally. A big part of this is looking after those people that form the majority of our network – our candidates.  As evidenced by Xpand winning Seek's "Most Popular" IT Recruiter every year since the inception of the Seek Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs) in 2003, this is something we do very well. In 2006/07 Xpand Group has achieved "Legend" status in the SARAs - a testament to our commitment to providing outstanding service.
