These are fixed price, retained project services for bulk recruitment. This usually involves building teams of between 10 to 50. Examples include building new inside sales teams, IT departments and service desks. Depending on your requirements, we can assist in designing the team structure and role descriptions from scratch.
A retained, dedicated Account Manager is engaged to manage all recruitment for the customer. These services are delivered onsite on a part-time basis (with flexibility to move to full-time as volume demands). They may or may not include the implementation of recruitment systems.

With Candidate Generation we proactively identify potential candidates and then make the first round approach for you. You receive active, qualified candidates that you can then manage through the recruitment process or hold on file for future requirements. As we’re only providing part of the recruitment process, this can save a significant amount on recruitment fees. Please note that we charge per assignment, not per placement.
