Allen Russell

Managing Director

Allen has over 10 years experience within the Australian recruitment industry. He has held various roles in the Industry including senior consultant, team leader, divisional manager & Business Development Manager. Prior to his recruitment experience Allen worked in the European and Asia Pacific Publishing Industries where he launched a range of trade publications. Allen joined Xpand in 2005 to establish Xpand's specialist contracting business. In his current role, Allen is responsible for the Sales and Account Management functions for the Australian business, in addition to running Xpand's Executive division.

Luke Partridge

Managing Director, SE Asia

Luke has over 13 years executive recruitment experience working across the UK, Australian and Asian markets. 11 of these years have been in Asia-Pacific having worked for both large global recruitment brands and bespoke search consultancies. He has held Principal Consultant ,Management and Director roles before joining the Xpand group in August 2011 to lead the operations in furthering growth across SE Asia. He has a broad range of industry experience with a focus that has centered around the Technology, Communications and Digital Media vertical markets.

 Luke has a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies majoring in French and Politics

Rob Smith
NSW Manager

With a background in software sales in the UK market, Rob has 6 years recruitment experience in the Sydney market.  Rob joined Xpand in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager and subsequently went on to lead our Digital Media recruitment team.  As NSW Manager Rob now takes responsibility for sales across all of our Sydney teams.

Rob has a BA in Financial Services from The Nottingham Trent University and is a Certified NLP Practitioner & Coach.

Leanne McLoughney
State Manager, VIC

Leanne has worked in the recruitment industry since 2001, starting her career in the UK moving to Australia in 2006. She has worked across a variety of different industries: Technology, Sales, Marketing, Communications, PR and Digital Media. Her role at Xpand encompasses building and winning relationships for our Melbourne team. She is hands on in day to day recruitment however her focus and strength in expertise lies in Marketing, Communication and Digital recruitment at an Executive level

 Leanne has a BA in Geography.
