A brief description of your career history?

Following 3 years working for the Japanese Government in International Relations I joined Huxley Associates in London subsequently moving with them to Hong Kong when they opened their offices here in 2008. I also worked for Charterhouse Partnership and Kelly Services in Hong Kong with a consistent focus on the banking and finance industry.

What makes you ‘now’ in technology?

Keeping up to date with changes and developments and how these are improving business for my clients and opportunities for candidates.

Big Data and better Security 

You call yourself a specialist. Why?

I’ve been covering the banking and finance industry in Hong Kong for the past 7 years and have built up and in-depth knowledge of the market coupled with strong and lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. I go to great lengths to understand my client and candidates needs and wants in detail.

What is your greatest achievement? (This could be either work or personal)

When I was 16 I was sent home at lunchtime to shave even though I had shaved that morning before school.  

What is the best thing about your role?

I don’t need to go home at lunchtime to shave. In fact I don’t need to shave in the morning.
