A brief description of your career history
I got the opportunity to move to Singapore and work in recruitment in 2017. I’ve also worked behind the bar both here in Singapore, and in New Zealand to get me through university. Not the best job for my studies and my sleep but it was great way to meet people – in fact it’s how I met my current boss Georgina!

Twelve alarms set on the ‘Old Car Horn’ ringtone
You call yourself a specialist. Why?
I’ve been on both sides of the fence in social media – using it and managing it – and now I recruit for it! This job enables me to meet leaders and up-and-comers in Social Media everyday – and each one is a new opportunity to connect and learn
What is your greatest achievement? (This could be either work or personal)
Leaving my friends and family to move overseas to start my career in Singapore was terrifying but I’m so thankful that I stuck it out!
What is the best thing about your role?
Meeting and working alongside so many talented people every day.
Who sits next to you in the office?
Shefali and Georgina
When you were a child, what did you want to be?
A diplomat – I wanted to speak ten languages and travel the world!
What is your favourite quote?
You’ve got to ride change or change will ride you
If you could invite 5 people to dinner who would they be?
Jacinda Ardern, Miley Cyrus, Hank Green, Kate Shepherd, and Bill Gates
