A brief description of your career history?
Having studied Advertising Design from Lasalle College of the Arts (Singapore), I started off with working as a creative. After having worked in global agencies, I moved on to a client facing role as I wasn't just interested in the process of creating, but the processes that lead up to creation as well. I wanted to gain more face-time with clients while gaining a thorough understanding of the industry. After two years into the role, I decided to enter the holy grail of recruitment. Why? Well, I wanted to enter a professional environment that challenged me and wanted to immerse myself in a competitive, dynamic field that's exciting and result-orientated, and Xpand seemed to be the perfect choice considering my background.
