My client, a leading global MNC, is currently seeking an Agile QA Testing Lead to join their expanding Digital division in a newly created role in Hong Kong. Reporting to the head of the unit you will ensure that the digital applications being built by the firm are released with the upmost quality so that they can be enjoyed by thousands of people every day. Responsibilities
- Develop test cases, scenarios, plans and automated scripts, collaborating with scrum teams in an agile environment
- Perform application testing to ensure the technologies are functional and are in compliance with specifications
- Execute test cases and create and maintain accurate documentation regarding completed test cases, identifying and logging system incidents and defects and retest fixes
- Provide support to internal and external users during their preparation for and execution of user acceptance test
- Generate and analyse quality metrics and trends
- Mentor, train and assist a team of Agile QA Tester
Basic Role Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years’ experience in quality assurance/software/end user testing of applications
- Advanced knowledge of Selenium, QA Symphony, JIRA, and DevOps practices is essential
- Experience working in Agile environment, developing test case/scripts, planning & implementation and strategies
- Excellent communicator and be able to produce clear and concise documentation at the detail and summary level
