  • Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with related teams
  • Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
  • Update and Communicate existing procedures & documents
  • On-duty standby support during non-office hours
  • 3-5 years of IT working experience in Application Development/Programming or Application Support ideally from Banking or Financial sectors
  • Excellent Linux/AIX/Wintel platform support skills with practical shell scripting experience preferred 
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
