Responsibilities
- Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with related teams
- Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
- Update and Communicate existing procedures & documents
- On-duty standby support during non-office hours
- 3-5 years of IT working experience in Application Development/Programming or Application Support ideally from Banking or Financial sectors
- Excellent Linux/AIX/Wintel platform support skills with practical shell scripting experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
