The Company
My Client is one of the fastest growing fintech companies in Hong Kong integrating private banking and wealth management solutions to a growing industry in APAC.
Headquartered in Singapore, the Hong Kong office has almost tripled in size over the past two years. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing firm within an exciting industry.
The role
  • Log issues raised to ensure support logs are maintained and updated according to the status of the issue
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues raised
  • Co-ordinate with the team to resolve the issues to ensure the issue does not recur.
  • Regularly report support issues to the team lead
  • Understand the flow of product to confidently navigate within the applications
  • Assist in quality assurance from time to time
  • Assist consultants in testing and analyzing issues on site
 
Your background
  • Computer Science degree or related
  • 3 years’ application support experience
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Private banking and wealth management software knowledge is beneficial
