Responsibility
  • Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventive measures with internal and external teams
  • Preparation and review of Incident/Management Report
  • Update and communicate existing procedures & documents
  • On-duty standby support during non-office hours 
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of IT working experience in application development/programming or application support
  • Preferred prior exposure in banking or financial sectors
  • Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
  • Practical shell scripting experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Skilled in validating, clarifying problems reported
  • Able to take up ad-hoc short term projects as requested 
  • On-duty standby support during non-office hours
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
