- Leads portfolio and campaign development for domestic and international markets.
- Leads development of annual brand plans across Self Care Portfolio
- Provides functional leadership for brand marketing activities, portfolio initiatives and International campaign development and support.
- Lead cross functional partners including Sales, Domestic Marketing, Supply and New Product development to launch planned products / campaigns on time.
- Develops and maintains consumer target and positioning
- Leads project management from conception to market implementation
- With guidance from the CEO and graphic design, leads development of brief for creative execution and communication plans
- Uses consumer insights and market analytical skills to drive marketing decisions
- Monthly reporting of sales, market share and project initiatives
- Leads forecasting requirements at forecasting meetings
- Degree qualified with 3+ years experience as Brand Management or similar role
- Experience within beauty / skincare is desirable
- Management of P&L including budgeting process is desirable
- Experience of developing and implementing segmentation, pricing, marketing connection strategy and NPD development are desirable
