About the Role:
This role will touch on all parts of the business, starting with identifying product requirements or business problems, then working with System Architects, Developers and Quality Assurance Teams to deliver working solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with all levels of the business, but most closely with the Product Managers in our business units on new products and ideas. You may be working on billing systems, CRM solutions, order management systems and even customer portals.
- Ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Strong technical/IT BA skills
- Strong excel skills and experience developing workbooks
- Confidence when presenting reports and providing commentary/ analysis to Management
- Autonomy, initiative and drive for continuous improvement
