The position requires a proven ability to prospect and close new business. Your territory will be national with a core focus on prospecting new business. You will sell subscription based business intelligence, with targets including investment banks, M&A firms, accounting, procurement, consulting and any other industry that would benefit from industry information.
The main requirements of the successful candidate include the ability to:
- Research categories
- Identify targets
- Network within industry groups
- Cold call
- Take a consultative approach to identifying the prospect’s industry information needs
