You will ensure that B&PB leadership has the insights, governance, people, tools and technology in place to continuously optimise the customer and non-customer facing workforce for sustainable growth while delighting customers, and delivering our regulatory, community and stakeholder obligations.


We are looking for someone who can:
  1. Deliver business outcomes
  2. Operating Model definition
  3. Ensuring the right people, process, tools and technology are established by the Program and in BAU
  4. Setup the governance to enable segmentation & workforce decisions to be made
  
This role needs to work with both business and technology leaders.
  
Ideally the person will have strategy, front line, segmentation and workforce management experience.


  
The core responsibilities of this position include:
  
  • Lead, drive and collaborate with B&PB Data and Analytic Technical Leads; B&PB Business Leads for Customer Insights, Market Insights and Performance Reporting; T&O Enterprise Data; Enterprise Workforce Planning; People HR Analytics and Finance to:
  1.     Proactively create and provide B&PB senior leaders with actionable, prioritised analysis, insights and recommendations to keep customers in segment and optimise the customer and non-customer facing workforce now and in the future.
  2.     Create ‘fit for purpose’, innovative data-driven solutions to keep our customers in segment and optimise the B&PB customer and non-customer facing workforce.
  3.     Develop, maintain and drive a program of continuous improvement (including process, technology and data) to keep our customers in segment and optimise the workforce
  4.     Establish business requirements and roadmaps for future investment.
  • Maintaining a deep understand B&PB business performance, drivers and Worlds Best Business Bank strategy, and
  • Actively participate to ensure the development and deployment of effective culture and change management plans to achieve and embed keeping customers in segment and workforce optimisation objectives in each B&PB business unit.
