The successful applicant will work on the Digital Enterprise Program which is implementing a new Human Capital Management system called Workday. There will be new business processes implemented that are enabled by the system. Corporate functions, Managers and employees will need to learn the new ways of working via business processes and the workday system.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible to derive insights to key change initiatives (communication, training and change related initiatives)
  • Responsible for delivering and keeping up to date a Detailed Change Impact Assessment across the Program areas of HCM, Payroll and Finance
  • Ownership of a program change impact assessment, both high level and detailed across the three project areas of HCM, Payroll and Finance
  • Ownership of reporting on insights derived from change insights
  Key Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in leading change impact assessments
  • Experience in gaining insights from data sets
  • Confident to verbally communicate with stakeholders
