Client Services Engineer - Global Market Trading Applications

My client, an Innovative and Growing Global FinTech Leader is seeking 2 Client Service Engineers to join their team in Hong Kong supporting Global Market Front Office applications. 


Responsibilities 
  • Work closely with BA and Development teams and be involved in the entire project lifecycle
  • Inform and train end-users on application changes and enhancements
  • Anticipate future business needs and establish sustainable solutions to address these
  • Ensure satisfaction with products and services 
  • Certify the installation and integration phases are run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the clients, propose new features
Requirements 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with min. 5 years relevant experience in a Capital markets Front Office environment 
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems 
  • Experience with Big data, scalability, low latency environments etc.  
  • Deep expertise in trading and pricing modelling technologies 
  • Visible interest in financial trading support environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages, ideally both written and spoken
