WHAT it's about:

In the CRM Marketing Specialist role, you will be managing email campaigns to achieve business goals for our portfolio of health and beauty brands
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of campaigns and strategies to ensure metrics are achieved and improve performance
  • Work to find and implement new CRM channels to maximize sales and customer retention
  • Ensure all email correspondence is accessible to our consumers through web and mobile channels
  • Manage email schedule to optimize consumer response
  • Report on performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain, segment, and improve consumer database

WHAT you'll need:
  • At least 2 years experience in an e-commerce or related role
  • Proficiency in at least one email platform (MailChimp, Salesforce, etc)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google platforms
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to see the big picture and drive to grow the brands
  • An analytical mindset to multitask, problem solve, and enjoy working with numbers and data
  • Knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS) would be an advantage
  • Bilingualism would be a big plus
