This role is responsible for the build, execution and management of data driven campaigns using the Adobe Marketing Cloud, plus the provisioning and use of campaign insights and reporting to optimise and maximise the value to our Loyalty Program.
The role will play a pivotal role in realising the vision of the Marketing Automation and Cloud team which is 'To create a marketing centre of excellence, automating irresistable connections'.
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Test, Audience & Manager
- Strong skillset and knowledge of direct and digital marketing techniques and processes.
- Commercial acumen
- Highly numerate and high level of data literacy
- Experience in digital, data-driven and CRM techniques
- Experience with campaign management and corss-channel marketing tools (Exact Target, Unica, Silverpop, Responsys Interact, Marketo or similar)
- Campaign reporting and analysis
- SQL programming
