A Customer Service Professional is someone that just gets it, you understand that the customer experience is more than just doing your job. It’s going the extra mile because you love making the customer happy. You understand that you are the face of the business and the impression you leave is critical to your own success.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer queries are answered and escalated to the correct Engineering teams or third-party vendors. You will focus on quality, accurate and regular communication with customers from end to end of problem resolution.
The first 3 months you will focus on day shift Monday to Friday before moving into the night shift role which is a rotating 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift roster.
Who you are:
  • Love learning and have completed tertiary studies
  • Have previous experience within the technology, retail or hospitality space
  • Possess amazing customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Love technology and playing with the latest gadgets
  • Are passionate about delivering customer service
  • Are a confident communicator & methodical thinker
  • Self-motivated, optimistic and with a desire to succeed
  • Constantly striving to improve and unwilling to settle
  • You are a current Australian Citizen due to potential security clearance requirements
