The Role:
You will be a first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to customers and responding to inquiries via phone and email. You will also be managing social media accounts, posting content and responding to messages, ensuring customer care and satisfaction.
You Will Have:
- Previous experience in a Client Support or Customer Service focused role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- A drive to deliver customer success and satisfaction
