The Role:
This role will be responsible for creating onboarding plans for new customers, provide consultative support and communicate with relevant stakeholders. You will organise complex migrations, as well as identify solutions to customer issues and make appropriate recommendations. You will be able to collaborate with various team members, to drive customer results and satisfaction.
You Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience in a Sales, Customer Success or Service Delivery role and strong knowledge of the post sales process
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with ability to relay technical issues
- Excellent problem solving abilities and an analytical mindset
- Previous experience in FinTech will be highly regarded
- You will have a customer focused background, be self motivated and results driven and able to work autonomously

- $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation + Bonus

- 6 month contract role with immediate start and chance to go permanent
