The Role
- Act as a focal point for clients and cross-function stakeholders to understand business needs and drive data and measured solutions to advertisers.
- Help clients improve data and measurement capabilities and integrate data sources (using Google Analytics, CRM+) to understand their customers.
- Handle complex issues with internal tech support team, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Conduct external product training sessions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales or digital agency account management.
- Technical expertise in analytical tools such as Google Analytics with experience in implementing digital marketing solutions.
- Experience using data management tools such as SQL or R is ideal.
- Excellent communications in English is a must, with Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.
