Duration: Min 12 month engagement
Working for a leading Australian brand, you will be a key part of a large CRM customer focused project. Working closely with the Solutions architect team you will be responsible for:
- Analyse and estimate incoming business requirements.
- Implement prioritised enhancements/ functionality within agreed timeframes – includes business analysis, system design, data analysis, data conversion, and data integration.
- Collaborate with technical and solution architects, cross-functional BAs, and design team members
- Data / Systems Analyst experience.
- Preferably experienced in Salesforce CRM and campaign management.
- Technology: Salesforce, SQL, Digital/Web Analytics
- Strong communication skills.
