- Support the internal user base across all Australian offices
- Manage external helpdesk vendors and internal resources
- Design and Implement new Processes, Services and Reporting
- Remain very hands on with all support needs
- 5+ years in a Senior Support or Team Lead position
- Experience designing and supporting Windows, Linux and Mac environements
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10
- Really strong Stakeholder management skills
- Need to be a problem solver, not just a ticket handler
