About the company -
This is a really exciting time to join this organization that have recently launched a new digital marketing extension package to provide tailored digital marketing solutions for their valued and valuable network of advertisers.
With the customer at the forefront of all you do you will be responsible for the successful performance and retention of digital advertising campaigns to our customers nationally.
Digital marketing training will be provided - all you need to be is a quick learner and be able to apply that know to new situations.
The Role -
- Amazing customer service to our customers and internal sales teams
- Identify potential campaign issues and flag before customer is lost, proactively deliver customer solutions
- Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers and manage reporting
- Look for opportunities and influence sales for future business
- Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with fulfilment on optimizations, have insights and make recommendations
- Input into our sales and operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes
- 6 months - 1 yr digital or online advertising experience
- Degree qualified in relevant field
- Build great working relationships with our digital specialists, sales teams and fulfilment teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and handle customer concerns
- Customer-centric attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Quick learner and KPI driven
