The Role
- Support Product Managers to define key metrics for various project objectives
- Set up specifications and implementation requirements for all relevant digital platforms including desktop, email, mobile site/app
- Design and manage dashboards to track performance of platforms and provide insights and recommendations based on user behaviour data
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and deliver analytic reports to senior management teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital analytics
- Hands-on experience using analytic tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Omniture
- Knowledge of how to track product metrics such as traffic, conversion rates and user retention
- Excellent presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- Regular travel to Shenzhen required
