- Manage online platforms and develop campaigns, optimise content, SEO and e-merchandising to safeguard brand placement & optimise conversion rates.
- Develop online media plans (paid social, display, SEA) and manage the agency. Strategize media plans to increase traffic and online revenue.
- Maintain the CRM systems and campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and broaden the community engagement.
- 3+ years experience in online marketing/media (agency or client-side)
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience in Google Adwords and GDN. Knowledge of CRM and CMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English.
- Flexible and open-minded, attention to detail.
