Our Digital Practice Lead of four years is heading on maternity leave at the end of August so we are on the hunt for an experienced recruiter within the Digital space to slot in to the highest billing and busiest desk in the office.
This is truly a fantastic opportunity to join a high volume desk which requires little or no Business Development due to the strong relationships already in place. The client list is a dream to recruit for ranging from e-commerce giants to leading financial institutes as well as global media companies.

Some of what you will need:
- 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced working environment with a focus on digital roles
- Experience in sales with demonstrative track record of generating new business
- Passionate about digital marketing & media industry
- Knowledge of recruitment research and headhunting techniques
- Exceptional communication and relationship building ability
- A high attention to detail with an ability to operate within a defined corporate process
- A confident and fun demeanor
- Happy to work in a 360 role from business development to candidate delivery
