We are looking for an experienced technology & analytics practitioner to help grow the data practice of the Singapore Hub by leading from the front.

You will have a deep specialism in digital analysis, which gives you the gravitas to coach clients and internal teams on how to make impactful business decisions. Your understanding of the converging AdTech and MarTech spaces will be broad, positioning you as a trusted advisor. At ease leading a team of 20, you will oversee the department’s growth, efficiency gains and innovation as it collaborates with similar hubs around APAC.

Detailed Description:
The key elements of the role are;
  • Subject matter expertise; credibility to inspire a talented team of Analytics, Data Operations and Consulting professionals
  • Focus on the team’s delivery, development and integration with the broader agency group
  • Upwards of 70% of your time will be spent on client-focused work; you must be able to translate the complex into easy to understand, commercially relevant messages
  • Support the General Manager as their go-to person for a breadth of technology & analytics projects to deliver on revenue and innovation targets
  • Play a key role in our data community, both locally and globally, sharing best practice with specialists across a range of disciplines including data strategy, tech stack deployment, engineering, visualisation, optimisation and modelling
Skills & Experience Required:
  • The role will best suit someone with around 8-15 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical digital analytics projects. Your background will likely be in Ad/MarTech, business intelligence, customer analytics, technical consulting, or some combination of those disciplines.
  • Whilst an agency track record is not necessary, an excellent grasp of marketing, its associated technologies and the business processes such systems underpin, is essential
  • An ability to manage managers; your team will contain relative juniors as well as your technical peers – you will need to remain accessible to all levels.
  • Great interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, as well as an empathy for resistance to change
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
  • An eye for innovation; in analytical approaches, business process and commercial structure Gravitas as a thought leader in Asia

Additional skills
Deep technical skillsets, e.g. SQL, R, Python, Javascript; Ad/MarTech package configuration skills and their like are welcomed, but your most recent focus will have been on managing others with these abilities
