What you will do?
  • Own APAC talent acquisition and on boarding and continuous improvement of the on boarding processes
  • Own and maintain knowledge of the labour laws, regulations and best practises
  • Own employee benefits, compensation, retention and termination
  • Responsible for payroll processing and providing functional support for incentive programs
  • Support and guide team managers in defining needs and goals in areas such as engagement, retention, performance management, staffing, and succession planning
  • Create a fun and engaging work environment by leading and organising team activities
  • Be the “go to” person for all things HR
What you need to have?
  • Someone who can adapt to the fast paced and ever changing environment where you may have to make decisions on your own judgement while not having a set of very well-defined rules to follow.
  • Knowledge in labour laws in SG, HK and JP preferred or at least be very well-versed in labour laws in SG, familiar with labour market situation in SG, HK and JP or at least in SG
  • Experience in working with external recruiters, experience in managing online recruitment platforms and Singapore Jobs Bank, familiar with employment pass application/renewal process in SG and preferably familiar also with work visa application process in HK/JP, comfortable to work with an international mix of staff and staff from all levels,
  • Experience with HR onboarding and offboarding, experience with working with European Headquarters 
  • General office administration experience 
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Experience: MS Office/Adobe Acrobat/Small Co Accounts Package, document imaging/scanning hardware and software
  • Other Asian Language skill is a definite advantage
  • No "big corporate culture" mindset and must have a good Sense of Humour
  • Ideally someone who can start ASAP
