Our client, a well funded SAAS startup, is seeking an IT Manager to join their rapidly growing organisation.  The business is on an exponential growth curve and the seats across the region will grow accordingly year on year for the foreseeable future. 
They are seeking an experienced IT Manager who can provide a focus on:
  • Cyber security (local and remote sites)
  • Disaster prevention management - Ensuring continuous services in in times of crisis
  • Capacity planning 
  • Developing, implementing and administering IT Policies
  • End to end IT Infrastructure management experience (They are not looking for an IT project manager)
    • Desktop & mobile applications
    •  Public cloud & virtulization
  The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
  • 10+ years experience in managing IT Infrastructure
  • All backgrounds considered but financial services and hedged experience is highly valued
  • Proven local and ideally, regional team leadership and management experience 
  • Exceptional English communication skills (Written & spoken)
  • The ability to switch between being hands on and startegic
  • A proven independent thinker and initiator can who work with limited direction
  • The ability to travel 3/4 times per year
