What you'll be doing:
You will work with the technology team in Melbourne covering roles in the applications and operations space, with your focus being on delivery! This diverse role will see you:
- Sourcing top talent for our customers
- Building talent pools
- Interviewing candidates
- Being responsible for maintaining our fantastic database
- Some Business development
WHAT we're looking for:
We're primarily after two things, the right attitude and the right cultural fit. In context of this role, that means being someone who is hungry to learn, gets satisfaction from doing a great job and giving people a great experience, and someone who is a strong team player (e.g. happy to muck in and do whatever needs to be done even if it's not on your job description). I'm also looking for someone that is keen to learn and carry out some business development as not only will this give you a great insight into all aspects of the process it will also increase your earning potential and keep your role varied and exciting.
Ideally I'm looking for an experienced candidate manager with passion for recruitment, a background in Fintech is desired but not essential as this would be a huge help when trying to understand what our clients are looking for. You'll need to be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up systems quickly. If you're someone who's very web savvy then you're on the right track.
