Join a large well-known organisation in Sydney’s CBD are looking for a Lead Customer Experience Designer to join their mature design department. The growing design team values innovation, customer research, high quality work and emerging technologies.

  
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of best in class customer experiences for products, services and features
  • Create artefacts such as Customer Journey Maps, sketches, storyboards and digital or physical prototypes to progress solution
  • Participate in project meetings such as daily stand ups
  • Support customer testing – i.e. facilitating test sessions, helping to recruit customers, adjusting designs based on customer insights etc.
  • Run stakeholder walkthroughs
  • Build excellent customer relationships and work collaboratively with team members
  
What you will need:
  • Expert working knowledge of the design process, Experience Design methodologies and principles
  • Very strong communication and presenting skills and ability to influence outcomes
  • Deep understanding of CCD and design thinking
  • Expert level experience of design tools such as Sketch, Axure and Invision
  • Used to working within agile environments
  • Previous experience with financial service clients (preferred), in a hands-on design role
