One of our most exciting clients are looking for a LiveChat Agent to join the Customer Support team in helping their clients maximise the efficiency of their technology. This is a great opportunity to get in to one of the best start-ups in the market currently.

Role Description:
  • Provide Technical support over emails, chat system of phone calls
  • Become a champion for this great new technology
  • Get your hands dirty with the product using HTML/CSS web development tools
Personal Spec:
  • Ideally come from a light technical background
  • Experience dealing with business customers 
  • Have used customer support applications
  • Good, quick problem solving skills
  • Passionate about customer experience
