Marketing Activation Manager- SMB

The Publisher Solutions Marketing team in Singapore seeks a Marketing Activation Manager for our Small & Medium Sized Business, APAC Marketing Team.  
This person will be responsible for quarterly planning and managing of: events, localization and cross-functional collaborations across APAC. This individual will stay actively aware of the business priorities and needs across the APAC team spanning GCR, JP, KR, India & Southeast Asia and provide ongoing and timely communication on progress and opportunities to key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing. This person will act as a bridge between the Global Marketing content team in the US and the APAC sales team.  They will also contribute to and support the development of client success stories, oversee localization of global assets and execute in-market events together with Sales.
Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical to success in this position, as is a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a marketing/communications background and experience working in APAC.  
 
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the APAC Head of Marketing to understand the marketing and activation needs of the SMB Team in Singapore and to build a plan to meet those needs using in-market events, XFN collaboration and centrally developed assets
  • Liaise with Global SMB team on relevant content and 1 to many activities like webinars and events 
  • Manage and monitor progress of projects, events, case studies and outsourced localization along with related budgets 
  • Learn from APAC sales what content and support they need and work with the central team to provide relevant materials
  • Participate in regular team meetings with agenda and report out 
  • Oversee client events across APAC, using minimal 3rd party support to oversee invitations, registration, set-up, branding and on-site management
Minimum Qualifications
APAC marketing background and/or experience 
BA/BS
Previous experience in marketing, digital, or tech 
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with pro-active and professional approach  
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time 
Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on environment
Mandarin, Japanese or Korean language proficiency a plus
