Media Performance Director

You are a digital media strategist and planner with experience across SEM and display, video and social campaigns.
You have experience working with large accounts at a regional level.
You are extremely knowledgeable in programatic, paid search and digital innovation.

The Company
You will join a leading data driven agency and work at a regional level with an Industry leader.
The Role
  • Manage the SEM and Performance specialists team dedicated to a large Account
  • Define the regional digital media strategy and media planning, SEM and and display, video and social campaigns for your Account 
  • Build cross channel and media strategies from scratch
  • Work closely with the Search Lead to drive strategy across all media campaigns
  • Set up targets and monitor performance against targets with stakeholders (quarterly)
  • Your team’s KPIs: revenue and acquisition
  • Develop the team’s knowledge in all biddable, programatic and relevant 3rd party platforms
  • Manage senior level client and media owners relationships
  • Create new opportunities with a focus on programmatic, digital innovation and paid search
  • Redefine bests practices and continuously improve processes
Your Background
  • 7+ years’ professional experience within media or performance agencyies executing online marketing campaigns across channels (paid search, programmatic, social) for large accounts
  • 3+ years’ team management experience in a multi cultural environment
  • Excellent track record managing large accounts and senior stakeholders relationships
  • Hands on experience running paid search and programmatic campaigns
  • Expertise in AdWords search and display, and DoubleClick Bid management are essentials, on going optimisation and keywords search and targeting experience is required 
  • Experience managing APAC campaigns is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
