  • Supports the Paid Social Manager across a range of tasks relating to our clients Paid Social activities – including (but not limited to) research, competitive analysis, and the implementation and management of paid social media activity
  • Close monitoring of Paid Social campaign delivery, performance and optimisation, combined with a gradual understanding of the planning and buying processes are key to this role
  • A broader understanding of digital media beyond Paid Social – this role will also be trained and will action media buys across digital channels beyond Paid Social
  • The successful candidate will also has some contact with the Client concerning the running of the campaigns and delivery of ongoing reporting. The role will have contact with our clients multiple creative agencies
  • Smooth implementation and delivery of paid social campaigns, alerting other team members at the outset of any under delivery or questionable data
  • Proficiency in managing and optimising all aspects of paid social media campaigns: to deliver and exceed Client objectives
  • Taking charge of delivering daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements and learn write informative insight to support the data.
  • Solid knowledge and expertise with Facebook Business Manager
  • Becoming a liaison with creative agencies and/or social content agency on implementations to ensure the best outcome for the client
  • Interpreting media data and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Using tools to build competitive landscape reports, as well as other general market research
  • Liaising with media owners where necessary and maintain our solid relationships
  • Show curiosity and will to learn beyond paid social landscape into other paid digital media channels e.g. display, video
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Facebook BM
  • Knowledge of GMP Products is a great bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively to manage expectations and elevate challenges to ensure they are dealt with quickly
  • Follow process but also be able to suggest improvements to the existing process as we are always open to learning how to improve process
