- Creation and the implementation of the clients Australia’s paid social strategy and management of the campaigns
- Day to day management of Social team for our client
- Day to day contact with relevant creative agency to ensure continual alignment and collaboration from a Paid Social perspective
- Work with the Digital Planners, Digital Director (TMCA) and the group’s Business Managers to develop paid social strategies & plans
- Work with the Digital Planners and Digital Director (TMCA) and the Creative Agency to sell in paid social ideas to the client and gain approval
- Manages campaigns with support from direct report through to execution and to the clients expectations
- Ensures work is delivered on time and to our high standards
- Shares industry developments across the agency (Sydney and Melbourne offices)
- In relevant meetings, take notes and distribute minutes relating the project/s being discussed
- Ensure Paid Social campaigns are included in the overall online media schedules and are loaded with Finance for accurate invoicing, reconciling and billing
- Works with publishers to develop relationships
- Trains and educate agency staff and new department employees with support from Paid Social Planner
- Demonstrate an interest in and appetite for digital media at large – not just social
- Have solid experience with Facebook Business Manager – ideally 4-6 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be self-disciplined
- Communicate effectively to manage expectations and elevate challenges to ensure they are dealt with quickly
- Follow process but also be able to suggest improvements to the existing process as we are always open to learning how to improve process
- Demonstrate initiative to help the broader team – from proactively helping the team set up for meetings to offering to help if a fellow team member is experiencing a heavy workload
- Demonstrate independent thinking and implementation skills
