In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Champion social media as a channel within the agency using robust knowledge of the platform and its value to clients
  • Lead your team to success with attention to detail and strong management skills 
In six months:
  • Prove ROI for every media dollar spent for your client
  • Become a trusted partner for our client via social media
  • Rally a ‘can do’ attitude and team spirit for your report and wider group   
  • Develop strategic thinking from the results driven by your campaigns to inform wider thinking and strategies of the channel
In 12 months:
  • You will lead client development plans, reporting back to the Head Of Social on how you have helped to define the social teams market offering.

  • Ensure your team has the tools and knowledge to do the best job they can everyday
  • Manage client expectations with a strong understanding of project management and SLA’s

Minimum qualifications:
  • Excel and analytical skills mandatory 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Premium client management experience
