We want you to help us overhaul, improve and innovate our USP, L&D / HR & Ops processes. This will change the experience for our teams and by doing so increase their engagement, effectiveness and excitement!
You will share our values and get involved in an assortment of projects;
- from reviewing our induction and appraisal practices;
- delivering training to increase productivity;
- generalist HR and Operations duties;
- implementing new ways of working...making our people and our Xpand brand more successful.
You will be the main point of contact for external providers and more importantly our staff, to whom you will be a trusted advisor and coach. You will be interested in the different technologies we can embrace to better the recruitment experience and involved in organising our social / events calendar!
Your ability to manage all levels of stakeholders and numerous ad-hoc assignments is key, you will be the glue that helps bind us, by driving our talent pipelining, our social media and our volunteering and charity work.
