There are two primary components of this role - . manage the performance of existing accounts and own the client-agency relationship.
Working closely with the Digital Director, you will get the opportunity to lead the way on client communications and strategy development.
The Role -
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns for key clients and work alongside a collaborative team and help exceed client expectations with a multi-channel strategy.
You'll manage the entire campaign process across their Technology, Finance and Automotive client portfolio - from generating IOs, updating internal platforms, chasing and trafficking creatives as well as actioning any tagging requirements.
Key Responsibilities -
- Reporting on performance, developing recommendations and actionable insights for your clients to continually improve the performance of their accounts. Analysis is the key to success in this role.
- Keeping abreast of new digital insights and improving the agency’s knowledge of display, programmatic and other digital practices, developments, new resources and tools
- Take ownership of the delivery of client performance display activity including daily account/campaign management, bid management, ad creative, landing page testing and on-going optimization.
- Actively participating in presentations and client liaisons
- Google Adwords Professional accreditation
- At least 5+ years’ experience in setting up & managing programmatic and display campaigns.
- Experience across Google Display, YouTube advertising, Facebook , Instagram, Snapchat ideal
- Experience with Marin, Sizmek, Google Analytics, Google Tag manager a big plus
- Experience with one of the following DSPs: Mathletics, Turn, The Trade Desk or App Nexus, DCM
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite especially Excel (regression analysis, pivot tables etc)
- An BA/BS Degree, in a Technology, Marketing or communications related field would be ideal
- Understanding of how to implement, trouble shoot and map Sizmek versa tags
- Excellent communication skills, proactive with strong eye for detail.
- Greater influence in your client’s digital plans and more control over their accounts
- Work closely with the Digital Director on Digital strategy and New Biz
- For any new client that is introduced directly by you, you have the potential to earn 30% of GP as your revenue share
