One of my favourite clients is looking for the next key hire in their sales functions by bringing in a Pre/Post Sales Customer focused Manager to assist clients on the implementations and integration of their product. You will be a key point of contact for helping clients to get the most out of the product. This will be a very Technically focused role and will also include a good amount of travel across ANZ and occasionally APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customers from acceptance of proposal through to project execution
  • Produce project plans
  • Define scope, expectations and implemetation
  • Manage the relationship between the key stakeholders of customers
  • Seek opportunities to bring on new business and scale existing
  • Register product ideas based on customer feedback
Experience Required:
  • Strong technical implementation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical problem solving ability
  • Must work autonomously and communicate strongly
  • Experience working with Cloud Based solutions in beneficial as well as mobile.
