The role:

Through customer research and continuous experimentation, we make sure the customer is involved in building the best experience. Every journey team is a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, business owners, UX designers, developers, analysts and marketers.

To ensure data-driven decision making in all parts of our development process, we need to bring knowledge of best practices in experimentation and validation in the entire organization to the next level. We are looking for a creative, experienced, results-oriented product analyst that can both help us get the needed analyses done, as well as bringing the team knowledge to the next level. You see the possibilities in all the data we have and can show the multidisciplinary journey teams how to use it to find the best opportunities to deliver on our customer-centric and achievement culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Validating the impact we make with our changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our product by analysing customer behavior
  • Forecasting potential growth of new opportunities
  • Product data evangelist that works with other analysts, engineers, product managers and product designers to make sure we make the best use of available data
  • Set-up, manage, maintain and own dashboards and reporting structure for operational metrics in your focus area
  • Partner with local Analytics CoE to tackle strategic challenges, maintain tracking requirements and guide strategic response via advanced analytical method


Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience within the digital media analytics space
  • Very strong analytical, reporting and visualization skills
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and SQL. Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Hive, and/or Spark/Scala) and statistical analysis tools (R or Python)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organisation
  • The skill to distill complicated analyses/predictive models in an easy way to colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment where change is a part of the day-to-day environment
