Our client is one of the well-known fintech brand around the globe who provides great services to main financial institutions in the wealth management sectors. Currently, my client is expanding their production support team in Singapore office that covers APAC region.
What's your responsibility?
- Identifying issues with applications and performs maintenance tasks
- Analyse the root cause of incidents, provide resolutions and escalate as appropriate
- Work very closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Working with multiple teams to create long term scalable solutions complying to the requirement provided and also ensuring that all production fixes and changes are well taken off
- Creates and maintains procedures and documentation for application support
- Bachelor Degree in IT
- Strong working experience in production support environment
- Understand/interest with financial markets and products
- Strong analytical thinking and good in attention to detail
- Good experience with SQL skills
- Good experience with Microsoft .Net development (eg. C#, VB.Net, SQL Server)
