The Company 

Join an international agency and newly created programmatic trading team.  Report to the Programmatic Lead. Be at the core of the business and work closely with the Client Solutions team.

The Role
  • Set up campaigns strategies and monitor their performance
  • Execute, manage and optimise online biddable media campaigns (paid social and search, exchange based performance media, audience based buying, remarketing campaigns)
  • Attend client meetings and communicate frequently with client, set up campaigns objectives, translate campaign strategy and objectives to the team and over pass clients optimisation expectations
  • Manage a team of programmatic executives and specialists and ensure media strategies delivery and execution within budgets and timelines, 
  • Review campaigns performance, develop optimisation recommendations and ensure they are implemented
  • Improve campaigns efficiency, develop programmatic operations and optimisation best practices, ensure efficient procedures and continuous improvement 
  • Work closely with Search and Data teams on reporting and insights, provide detailed performance and campaign optimisation presentation to client
  • Develop and grow client relationship, formulate proposals for new client opportunities
  • Manage monthly spend reporting
Your background
  • 4+ years digital media and programmatic experience (DSPs, SSPs or DMPs)
  • Excellent client servicing, data analytics and reporting skills
  • Strong search, display, video, social and mobile programmatic media buying experience
  • Very good understanding and ideally hands on experience with ad trafficking and operations (DoubleClick)
  • Programmatic buying experience (Trade Desk, DoubleClick Bid Manager)
  • Self-starter, entrepreneur and capable of setting goals
  • Problem solving, and used to fast paced environment
  • Team player with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to details, good listener and able to translate strategies into teams 
  • Strong English communicator, Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
