Xpand is looking to hire a Research Manager to work on technology client's projects. As a Research Manager on the APAC Market Insights team, you develop and implement team's marketing research vision. You understand consumers, have analytical horsepower and business judgment and define and prioritize research projects that illustrate and support the impact of advertising and media
This is a 12 months contract based in Singapore

- Demonstrate the value of Media Properties to advertising partners and clients via the execution of innovative, unique, and compelling research studies.
- Design, execute and implement quantitative and qualitative studies to address key research issues for business in a fairly independent manner by working with various external research partners.
- Draft surveys, construct marketing tests and experiments, and/or utilize third-party research services to provide marketers and agencies with valuable insights for their marketing plans.
- Develop business-relevant insights and narratives from studies and effectively communicate them to internal and external audience.
- BA/BS degree.
- At least 3-year experience for market research on a research agency or client side.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a related field with a quantitative emphasis.
- Extensive experience of research project management with strong customer-facing, consultative and communication expertise.
- Solid experience in consumer insights, audience measurement and advertising effectiveness research (incl. online advertising) and expertise with a wide variety of research methodologies.
- Deep interest in online advertising, digital media consumption patterns and branding measurement.
 - Due to market focus, additional language such as Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Vietnamese will be preferred.
