Sales Operation Manager

Xpand is looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager for its client


  • Support Sales teams across Asia region with growth strategy, quarterly and annual planning, and operational asks
  • Support the quarterly goal setting process for the gaming business across Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia and other South East Asian countries
  • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
  • Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performance of the markets
  • Drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth
  • Project-manage the development of centralized tools that Sales teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner
  • Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions
  • Analyze current channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth
  • Support sales strategies based on robust analysis of sales performance and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude and desire to learn
  • Ability to analyze data and come up with actionable insights to drive growth of the business
  • that can demonstrate the analytical skillset (e.g. business analytics, business intelligence, corporate development etc.)
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools and capability (SQL, Tableau or similar) is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • MBA preferred
