By leading with a strong understanding of core sales processes and a thorough understanding of SDWAN differentiators and capabilities the SDWAN POC Manager will develop, coach and lead a successful sales team.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver outcomes required
- Ensure that you provide your team with regular 1:1’s, coaching and performance conversations
- Contribute to product development
- Contribute to customer insights for marketing
- Develop an understanding of the commercial constructs within SDWAN.
- Manage the sale process and product positioning to ensure appropriate profitability in solution sales.
- Provide inputs to future product design to improve profitability.
- Experience leading teams or strong technical or sales experience
- Technical understanding of Networking or similar
- People Leadership and coaching
- Experience dealing with consulting engineers and managing the specification sales process.
- You must be highly capable and experienced in managing all levels of stakeholders.
