The role is to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Engineers to achieve the defined targets for Proof of Concepts (POC’s) and closed sales of SDWAN opportunities.

By leading with a strong understanding of core sales processes and a thorough understanding of SDWAN differentiators and capabilities the SDWAN POC Manager will develop, coach and lead a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver outcomes required
  • Ensure that you provide your team with regular 1:1’s, coaching and performance conversations
  • Contribute to product development
  • Contribute to customer insights for marketing
  • Develop an understanding of the commercial constructs within SDWAN.
  • Manage the sale process and product positioning to ensure appropriate profitability in solution sales.
  • Provide inputs to future product design to improve profitability.
  Key Requirements:
  • Experience leading teams or strong technical or sales experience
  • Technical understanding of Networking or similar
  • People Leadership and coaching
  • Experience dealing with consulting engineers and managing the specification sales process.
  • You must be highly capable and experienced in managing all levels of stakeholders.
