What you will do:
  • Responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with large direct and agency clients
  • Understand the client’s business needs and build compelling strategy that delivers results
  • Think ahead and proactively anticipate needs of the client
  • Project manage cross functional teams to implement plans for campaign success
  • Drive analysis of campaign results, market insights, trends and work with Analytics to develop relevant and valued intelligence including custom post-campaign review
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery to exceed defined KPIs
  • Overcome obstacles; negotiate pushbacks
  • Ultimately, drive high customer satisfaction

What you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably Account Management and Campaign Management 
  • Experience with programmatic/RTB, ad servers, rich media vendors, DSP, DMP, SSP 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skillset and bonus points related to online advertising
  • Excellent listening, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross functionally, including executives, to champion client needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and underlying technology
